Magnificent plated Victorian claret jug
with beautiful hand engraved butterfly and fauna detail.
Condition: The glass is in beautiful condition with no chips or cracks, appropriate age wear to the base, has a couple of tiny scratches (aprox 2 or 3mm long) really not noticable, but needs to be mentioned for accuracy - The plate has worn but is in great condition. Has a plain cartouche with no engraving. The lid works well and has had no restoration. Some cleaning solution between the glass and rim, so might benefit from a professional clean.
